The Young Golfers of America Association (YGAA) has put forth a mission to develop, maintain and coordinate programs that encourage youth to participate in golf, while enhancing a greater sense of integrity, imagination and honesty.

YGAA encourages young people to maintain consistent self-discipline, good citizenship and a balanced quality of life between athletic and academics, which builds a solid foundation for well-developed successful adults.
